SightMax for IIS provides real-time, live chat and live visitor traffic monitoring for your website. SightMax has a host of exciting built-in features, these include: Corporate Instant Messaging between operators, Operator Chat Transfer, Multiple Chat Queues (for example Sales and Support), Chat Conferencing and Operator 'Coaching'.
