Let's face it - spam is a 14 billion dollar a year problem that is not going away any time soon. Modern anti-spam solution do very little to help businesses and individuals with this problem. The most advanced applications that use heuristics and boast a 99% spam exclusion rate don't mention that up to 13% of valid correspondence is lost in the process.
